Welcome to My Hawaii Page

My home for ten years was in Hawaii. On the island of Oahu. 
There I spent from age 12 to 22
surfing, mud sliding when it rained and spent my whole teen age years.
My dad was my best friend and mentor. 
He surfed with us kids, snorkeled, and we road on the back of his Harley every weekend.
The best place he loved was Hanauma Bay. 
My mom June never learned to swim, sunbathed,
while my dad and Rocky my brother and myself swam, hiked, snorkeled, and etc.
Below are the pictures of the places we played and lived.
      
We lived across the street from this temple for a year or so. No one lived by us for miles...
It was in the Koolau Mountain range and many of the Hawaiians lived back in these woods.
There were only a few white people at the time, and in the schools we went to.
     
This is the pier we used to go to and fish. My brother fell off the pier here. Hahaha
We moved to a apartment for the rest of the time with my father and mother.
