Tutorial
I really didn't
want to write a tutorial but someone asked me how I got this effect.
This is what I wrote to her. : )
This is only a
pattern of what I did.
You need a working knowledge of
Paint Shop Pro you can get here.
Mask here
just right click and save it to harddrive or put it in Paint
Shop Pro folder.
Used a mask for frame, 3
floral tubes for background, 3-5 tubes for the pictures area
Well what I
did is made my own back ground with tubed florals that were
soft.
I started with the first tube in a blank transparent of
600x600.
then I used effects>image effects>seamless tile many times in different
ways to
get the working area filled somewhat. then I took another tube
and paste as
new layer and did the same as above and did this again and moved
the three
tubes to achieve a cool background. then I merged all together.
maybe change
opacity of materials palette up and down. then I used a mask
for the frame.
I have a whole bunch and seemed like forever to find just the
right one.
I did this in white and then turned down the opacity so the background
would show a bit and then I used either effect>edge
effect>enhance or I
used effect fm tile tools>blend emboss.
the rest is
all different pictures I misted and used different blend modes
in material palette to achieve different effects of color. then I went to
image>add border>1 a dark color of picture
and did that same things again and added a border 1 of black.
Then put a
watermark or a name on it.
