Angel Lady Scrap
This was made for advanced knowledge of paint shop pro.
You will need a background and two or three mists and scrapbook accents of choice.. One large mist for the left, and one large or two small for the right side of the background.
Filters are Xero Fuzziflier, Gregs output poolshadow-Gregs Factory Outlet,
1. files>new 600x450 transparent raster background ok
2. go to materials > pattern> and pick your background at 100 any angle you want. Turn the opacity down to 85 percent. Or just play around with it.
3. edit> copy and paste your mists to the background as new layers. Resize tubes or mist to recommended sizes. Change the blend mode of the mists to luminance or burn or try out all of them. If it doesn't look good to change the blend mode then don't. This is just a suggestion, not something that has to be done. This will be in your blend mode in materials on the right hand side of main viewer...
4. arrange the mists where you would like.
5. layers merge visible. Edit> copy 6. resize to width to 400.
7. Put a nice picture frame on it. You can use a premade one.
8. Layers merge visible.
9. file>new> 700x500
10. Select all Edit Paste into selection
11. selections none.
12 Effects>Xero>Fuzziflier 2 or 3x at default
13. Now to the Framed picture, activate it and use the deform tool and make it smaller or larger to fit in the larger picture on the lower right hand side..

14. Add a drop shadow by going to effects>3d effects>drop shadow vertical and horizon 0 opacity 100 blur 12
15. Now Adjust>Sharpen>
16. adjust brightness/contrast Brightness 15 contrast 22
17. Click on selection. Rectangle no feather put your pointer to 325 on the top ruler and bring down to 495 on bottom ruler.
18. Add a layer
19.effects, 3d effects, cutout vertical and horizon 0 opacity 100 blur 15 in dark color
20. effects, 3d effects dropshadow vertical and horizon 0 opacity 100 blur 12 in dark color
21. Now do 17-20 again but in a larger box like shown below.
22.Keep selected and go to selections>Modify>expand 9 Add a new layer
23. Selection> none
23 make sure the background is selected edit copy 24. Hit the undo once so that the selection is active again. Edit paste. 25. effects 3d drop shadow vertical and horizon 1 opacity 100 blur 2 26. same as above but with vertical and horizon -1 -1 27.click the top layer in pallet 28. layers, add new layer 29. Selection tool> rectangle 1x 1 to bottom at the 300 top ruler as example below.
30.Now do steps 18 - 20.
31. Now click on smaller picture to make active

Use the section tool on left hand side of small picture as seen
below.
33. Selections none edit copy paste as new layer. 34. Now put in left hand side of main picture as below.
35. Add the same frame as you did before.
36. Effects>3d dropshadow with 0 0 100 7
37. Now steps 17-19 for the new framed picture 38. Selections> Modify>expand 9 39. Dropshadow vertical and horizon 1 opacity 100 blur 2 40. same as above but with vertical and horizon -1 -1
41. Now keep selected and activate the background layer and adjust contrast brighten brighten 15 contract 22 42. Select the crop tool and go around the border of the picture and make a nice completed end. Like below.
