Glitter oval frame

This
tutorial is written for people who have
working
knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
Well
here we go. : )
I used a tube which I
cut out of a picture using lasso point to
point at 55 feather.
Add a new layer and
move layer down.
Forground I used
the color from the picture. Flood fill
forground on the new layer.
Texture texture
desired type of texture.
Then I used xero
radiance 128 43 131 255 ok
Go to filter factory A
and kaleidoscope II and use default
settings.
Merge visible.
Use lasso point to
point, no feather and go around the outside
of the
star and where there is a break in
color when you have gone around the outside, go around the picture.
Add a layer
Cutout at 0 0 100 12
Then go to inner bevel
and put a small bevel on it.
Layers visible
Put your name on it
somewhere before going to animations shop.
Copy the picture with
the ants going around
Go to jasc animation
Paste the picture. You
will get only the star frame thing. : )
Go to effects
insert image effects and then the effect you
want is noise and hit the customize and
play around with the settings. Mine are
noise intensity 70 and the opacity 125
Go to the first or
number 1 frame
of the animation click on it and delete it.
Go back to psp and
selection invert then copy this and go back
to animation and paste as new animation
Count how many of the
layers you have for the noise animations
Go to the new
animation with the picture and duplicate the
picture frames that many times to get close to the
noise animation
When I duplicated the picture animation it
came up to 33 frames so I deleted frames to
match the noise animation frames
So both sets of
animations have the same amount of frames
and
I select all on one and then select all for
the other on both the animations should
have all the frames selected : )
Also make sure your
slider at the bottom is at the beginning of
both the animations
Select all on one and
select all for the other.
Both sliders are at
the beginning.
Take the picture
animation first frame and bring it over the
noise animation of the first frame.
Match it perfect over
the noise frame and let the mouse button
go. It should be perfect. If not go back
to both animations and click the back botton
to try again. Just make sure the sliders
are at the beginning and you have the same
amount of frames and that they are both
select all.
Now all the frames of
the animations should be all connected to
the end of all the frames. Play the
animations by clicking the second to the
last icon on the top that looks like a frame
on a picture reel.
Then save.
Take to letter creater
and use my background if you want.
Well I hope I haven't really made your brain
explode.
