Take a square or rectangle tube of choice into psp

Use the deform tool and stretch the square nodes to the edge of picture.

Selection tool rectangle    0 Feather and make a square from

50x50  to bottom roght that will look even to the top left. 50x50 on the ruler to 450x550

Make a rectangle for your picture

Paste into selection

Add a new raster layer

Paste your picture into selections

select none

Click the bottom layer in the layer palate

effects artist brush strokes on the pull down settings more sticks with a dark color from your picture or tube.

Effects FM TOOLS blend emboss 2x

Merge visible

New raster layer bring to bottom

pick a medium color from your picture

Selection tool ellipse and make an oval around the main picture

Click on the top layer and use alien skin 5 Impact glass

48 30 0 inside glass color white 11 50 48 80 89 22.11 0 ok

Play around with it to make it your style

selections invert

go to Alien Skin glass and play around with the settings. you can always click default if you get too out of the ordinary

Image add border 3 pixels dark color

Image add border 3 in white

select with your magic wand

floodfill with gold pattern you like
