Minimize the main tube for now.

File new 500x500 raster

Copy and paste the first floral or background layer into selection and bring the opacity down to 57

Add a new raster layer

Copy and paste the second background into selection and bring the opacity to around 30
Or play around with the blending

Effects edge effects enhance

Now take your crop tool about 1/4 around the edges and to get rid of some of the transparent edges. Now you have made your own blended background.

Add a layer and floodfill with a gold pattern

Load the 192 mask, source luminance, fit to layer, invert transparency, hide all mask,  merge group..

Make sure the mask layer is clicked and take the selection tool rectangle no feather and make a square at the edges of the middle square

Close the top layer

Add a layer and bring it down below the other layer

Floodfill with light color

Use a texture of your choice.

Simple diamonds (optional)

Now click your top layer open.

Copy your tube and paste it to main work area.  Resize if needed

Select all

Click the little lock closed by the layers

Select none

Image add border 3 in dark color.

Add your watermark.

Resize if you want.

Turn down the opacity until you can see image from bottom layer and you can still write a legible letter.
