I have included some different kinds of papers and etc for different choices.
Filters Used: Gregs factory output

Put them in your PSP Plugin file

I am using PSP XI

Open all materials in psp

Open the nbk-the-leaf-paper

Image>resize 600

This will be our working Layer.

Selection tool> rectangle no feathers

0 0 to 600 600

Edit> copy nbk-lace-paper3-03

Edit> paste into selection

Selections>none

Selection tool> rectangle no feathers

0 0 to 500 500

Activate floralpatten

Edit>copy

Activate leaf paper

edit> fill into the selection

Selection>none

Layers>duplicate

Image>mirror

Image>Flip and reduce opacity to 50

Layer>merge all

Selection tool rectange no feather

Go to the middle square and start at top left to bottom right like below.

Effect>3d effects> cutout 0 0 100 23 black. Example above.

Layers>add layers and move to the bottom

Copy nbk-nostalgie-papers1

Edit >Paste into selection

Lower the opacity around 70

Edit>copy mc827

Edit>paste into selection

Selection>Select none

Layers>merge all

Copy>mcht_10

Paste and bring to the top left like example and you see the mtn_bloemen for next example at the bottom right. I used the eraser tool and took the stem off a little and duplicated this flower and Image>mirror and use mover tool and placed the two together as one flower.

Layers merge all

Activate the MontiHeartsCharm

Paste as new layer and put where you would like.

Effects>3d effects>drop shadow at 2 2 90 7 in a dark color from working image.

Layers >Duplicate and put where you would like.

Activate s239t2

Edit> copy

Edit >Paste as new layer

Put in the lower left see example

Activate ketting

Edit>copy

Edit>paste as new layer

Move to the upper right as shown below

Layers > merge all

Image>resize to 500 pixels

In PSP XI there is an Adjust>Smart Photo Fix

And I use that and adjust the color and etc.

Edit> Copy

Image Add border 5 in color of your liking

Magic Wand> no feather or no tolerance

Gregs Factory output/poolshadow default

Select None

Image >Add Border 10

Select with Magic Marker

Edit>Paste into Selection

Gregs factory output/poolshadow default repeat

Filters Unlimited.buttons &frames.Glass Frame>10 255

Resize to a size you want. I put mine to 500

Layers>add raster layer

And put your watermark or text
