Take Time Tag
This is written for people who know a little about PSP
Medium to advanced
You will need a main tube and a floral tube
The mask is at the end of this tutorial.
Just copy and paste into your mask file.
For The Filters you can get them
Here
File> New> 500x500> transparent
Pick a light foreground and a dark background
Effects> zero filter> serious fog> uniform 206 60 3
188 ok
Effects> simple filter> diamonds
Layers> Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with very dark or black color
Layers> load/save mask> mymask17
source Luminance Fit to layer
hide all mask load
Layers> merge group
Effects> 3d effects> Drop shadow at 7 7 100 12
Layers> merge visible
Activate your soft floral mist and edit> copy
Go to working area layers> paste go to the layers palette and
bring the opacity down so you can't see the edges in the mask
area.
Go to your tube edit> copy
Go to your working area and Edit> paste as new layer
Effects> 3d Drop Shadow 7 7 71 12
Layers> Merge Visible
Image> resize 300x300pixels
Duplicate this by shift D and edit> copy
Image> add border 2 in light color
Image> add border 10 in color your not visible.
Select with the magic wand no feather no tolerance
Paste into selection If for any reason it doesn't
work Edit copy the duplicate
Selection> select none
Image> add border 2 in light color
Image> add border 15 in a color that isn't visible
Select the border with magic wand
Edit> copy the duplicate and Paste into selection
Image> add border of 5 in black
Now you can add a frame or some different accents
Write your favorite saying in the empty space.
Example see below
 Layers> Add raster layer Add a watermark or text.
